Returns and exchanges

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

Due to the nature of this business, Klearwater Studio offers store credit only in the form of an electronic gift card. We do not allow refunds or exchanges. Original artwork is also not available for refunds or exchanges. If you wish to return your product and receive a new item, you will need to return the original item for store credit and place a new order. Store credit gift cards do not have an expiration. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and non-refundable. The store credit applied is for the purchase price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

 

What items are returnable?

  • You can return your items within 15 days for US/Canada orders and 21 days for International from receipt of your shipment to qualify for store credit.
  • Items must be in their original, clean and unused condition.
  • All original tags and accessores must be attached and untampered with.
  • Any signs of damage, usage, stretching, body odor, smoke, stains, fragrance, pet hair, etc. will disqualify an item for store credit.
  • Items must be folded and repackaged neatly and returned in their original packaging, including eco bag.
  • Discounted, promotional items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit.
  • Note: Klearwater Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen returns, so it is essential you consider tracking when returning your item, as we cannot process store credit without receiving it.

 

Are there any charges for a return?

  • There are no charges for return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

 

How soon will I get my store credit?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If you are approved, then your order will be processed and a store credit will automatically be applied, within 10 working days.

 

Receive a faulty item?

We take pride in our products and make sure they are the best quality before sending them out, however in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please fill out the return form. If your reason for return is accepted, we will send you email confirmation and shipping instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for postage on any returns. Please note, if the customer wears or uses their received incorrect or faulty garment this will void the return.
